Yes she is. But.... I'm going to throw this out here just because of something I was watching on YT. During the big CA fires, I was watching this dude on YT who claims to be an earthquake geologist dude. He does regular stuff on earthquakes around the world and extrapolates geeky stuff from the data and the models which you can see in real time. (fyi the program is also accessible to the general public). During one of his feeds, he saw over the satellite imaging, what appeared to be a line that went, I think from the coast to the mountain range, at the same time and the same place one of the fires started. I will say, that at least on my TV, I could not see what he saw (the laser). He was saying there was a dew - a direct energy weapon. So I think, that's where this all originated. He seems to get promoted on a lot of rw websites and he does seem to be a bit of a conspiracy nut - especially where weather is concerned.
